Disputes and choice of law
These Terms and Conditions, as part of the overall agreement for products on ATIL website, are prima facie governed by the laws of Uganda subject to applicability of laws of other countries with the closest connection with the contractual relationship(s) created. The courts of Uganda shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
